Quick Start
Get started with PocketMarkets in just a few steps:
1. Start the Bot
Open Telegram and search for @PocketMarketsBot or click
the button below:
2. Create Your Wallet
Send the /start command. The bot will automatically
create a secure wallet for you. Your wallet address will be
displayed along with your current balance.
3. Fund Your Wallet
Use the /deposit command to see deposit options. You can
deposit USDC directly to your wallet address on Polygon network.
4. Start Trading
Use /trending to discover hot markets or
/search to find specific predictions. Click on any
market to place a trade!

Wallet Overview
Your PocketMarkets wallet is a secure, non-custodial wallet created specifically for trading on Polymarket. Here's what you need to know:
Wallet Features
- Automatic Creation: A wallet is generated when you first start the bot
- Polygon Network: All transactions happen on Polygon for fast, low-cost trading
- USDC Support: Your wallet holds USDC, the stablecoin used on Polymarket

Check Your Wallet
Send /account to view:
- Your wallet address
- Current USDC balance
- Portfolio value (open positions)
- Quick action buttons for deposit/withdraw
Deposits
Fund your wallet to start trading on prediction markets.
How to Deposit
- Send
/depositor/accountcommand - Copy your wallet address (Polygon network)
- Send USDC to this address from any exchange or wallet
- Wait for confirmation (usually 1-2 minutes)
Supported Methods
- Direct USDC transfer from exchanges (Coinbase, Binance, etc.)
- Transfer from other Polygon wallets
- Bridge from Ethereum (using official Polygon bridge)
Withdrawals
Withdraw your funds at any time to an external wallet.
How to Withdraw
- Use the
/accountcommand - Click the "Withdraw" button
- Enter the destination address
- Specify the amount
- Confirm the transaction
Withdrawals are processed on the Polygon network and typically confirm within minutes.
Browse Markets
Discover prediction markets across various categories including politics, crypto, sports, and entertainment.
Trending Markets
Use /trending to see the most active markets right now.
These are sorted by trading volume and activity.
Search Markets
Simply type any keyword to search for markets - no command needed! Just send your search term directly in the chat:
bitcoin
trump
super bowl
You can also use /search [query] if you prefer the traditional command style.
Market Information
When viewing a market, you'll see:
- Current Odds: YES/NO probabilities
- Volume: Total trading volume
- Liquidity: Available liquidity for trading
- End Date: When the market resolves
Placing Trades
Execute trades quickly and easily through the Telegram interface.
How to Trade

Find a market using
/trendingor/search - Click on the market to view details
- Choose YES or NO
- Select or enter your trade amount
- Review and confirm the trade
Trade Types
- Market Order: Instant execution at current market price
- Limit Order: Set your target price and wait for it to fill
Positions
Track and manage all your open positions in one place.
View Positions
Use /position to see all your current holdings:
- Market name and your position (YES/NO)
- Number of shares held
- Average entry price
- Current value and P&L
- Quick sell button
Closing Positions
You can close positions at any time by:
- Going to
/position - Clicking on the position you want to close
- Selecting "Sell" and confirming the amount
Alternatively, you can hold until market resolution. If your prediction is correct, you'll automatically receive $1.00 per share.
Trade History
Use /history to view your complete trading history:
- All closed positions (resolved markets)
- Winning trades marked with โ
- Losing trades marked with โ
- Total realized P&L across all trades
Note: Active positions and claimable winnings appear in
/position and /claimable.
Once a market resolves, the position moves to your history.

Search for specific markets by keyword. You can also just type any keyword directly without the command (e.g., just send "bitcoin").
Browse markets by category (Politics, Crypto, Sports, Entertainment, etc.).
View all your open positions with current values and P&L.
View and manage your pending limit orders.
View your trade history - closed positions (wins and losses).
Claim your winnings from resolved markets.
Configure your trading preferences (slippage, default order type, etc.).
